Reservations
All reservations are self-confirmed & made online. There are health questions and an in-take form that is automatically e-mailed to you upon completion, which must be filled out prior to your appointment time. Our reservation system is self explanatory and a breaze to use! Should you find yourself needing assistance navigating the self service reservation screen, please let us know and we will guide you along, as you are filling it out.

 

Treatment Times
Appointments start at the time they are scheduled. To avoid shortened treatment time and potential cancellation of appointment, It is important for clients to arrive at least 15 minutes prir to appointment. This allows client and therapist/esthetician to discuss treatment plan, goals, contraindications, etc., without cutting into the treatment time. Appointment lengths for skincare treatments are approximate. The spa facials (such as "The Nourishing Facial"), have a duration of approximately one hour, whereas chemical peels and other treatments that are considered clinical, follow a specific protocol and do not carry the same duration as facials. Most chemical and brightning peels take approximately 30 minutes to complete. A chemical peel service is complete when the protocol has been finished with client. Please keep this in mind when reviewing appointment durations on our website. If you have any questions, we welcome you to reach out to us at any time and we will be happy to assist.

 

Fair Pricing
We believe in fair & honest pricing and feel everyone should be able to enjoy the benefits that massage therapy & esthetics provide. Our goal is to offer truly beneficial services with fantastic results, all while staying as pocket book friendly as possible. There are no savings vouchers, no fine print, just great services at a fair rate.

 

Payments
During the process of creating your reservation, you will be guided through a checkout screen which will confirm all services tht you selected and allow you to select your payment method. All services must be paid for at the time of creating a reservation online.

 

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment and thus forfeit your deposit.

 

Gratuity | Tipping

Gratuity is not included in the price of services or spa packages, customary tipping runs between 15% to 30%. This is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip the therapist in the room or upon check out with cash, check or credit card. With parties of 3 or more a 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill

 

Late Arrivals
Your session begins at the time you reserved. Please arrive 15 minutes early to discuss the details of your in-take form & to address questions or concerns that you may have. If you are late for the session and it is at no fault to the therapist for in-office or mobile appointments, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist & other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

 

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment and forfeit their deposit.
